All returns require an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number clearly identified on the outside of the shipping container will not be accepted.

ENS warrants products of its manufacture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use for 90 days from the date of shipment. If within that 90 days, a product is found to be defective, ENS will, at its option, either repair or replace the product. This warranty does not extend to products that have been subject to conditions exceeding product specifications, misused, disassembled, and/or modified in any way. 

ENS does not assume liability for installation labor or consequential damages. This warranty is the extent of the obligation or liability assumed by ENS, with respect to its products, and no other warranty or guarantee is either expressed or implied.
